Pricing and Payments:

Prices include PPN, with a flat Rp 20.000 shipping charge per order. Payments can be made through Online Pay (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets) or COD.

Exchange & Return:

Exchanges are allowed for damaged products or size issues if reported within 2 days.
Returns are accepted for damaged/incorrect items if reported within 7 days.
The company covers courier charges for eligible exchanges or returns.

Sale Period:

No exchanges or returns are allowed for discounted items. During sales, shipment delays may occur due to high order volume.

Product Details:

Handmade items may have slight variations.
Each product has specific wash care instructions and size guides available on the website.

Invoice:

Both a physical and electronic invoice are provided with your purchase.

A faster checkout option allows you to save billing and payment details securely.
